Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer, Aref oversees all finance and administration of Bick Group’s operations. Aref brings over 17 years of financial and business management experience as well as experience in the public accounting industry. Aref’s business background is in retail and includes experience in strategic planning, forecasting, management reporting, and financial management with an emphasis on improving operations and financial results. Aref currently serves as a member of Bick Group’s executive management team. He earned his master’s degree in information system from the University of Texas at Arlington and bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of North Texas and is a Certifed Public Accountant in the state of Texas.

Karl Lederman has 30 years of experience in the design and installation of mission critical systems, with a specific focus on data center environments. For the past three decades, he has built a working knowledge of the range of disciplines involved within the data center ecosystem including architectural, mechanical, fire protection and communication low voltage systems. Karl began working in data centers in the 1970s as a field electrician. He progressed through superintendent and foreman positions into project management and design roles and began his career with Bick in 1993. Karl has extensive experience with and responsibility for designing, bidding, purchasing, scheduling, and supervising all phases of projects. He has directed hundreds of projects in active data centers. Karl serves as Board President of the IEC of Greater St. Louis, is a member of the International Association of Electrical Inspectors, and maintains his Master Electrical Certification.

With over 28 years of experience in the data center services industry, Tad Davies leads teams that ensure customers gain the most value from their data center investments — physical and IT — and that those investments are in line with business needs. Since 1987, Davies has focused upon data center strategies and consults regularly with executive teams in the U.S. and internationally in both the public and private sector. He has been praised for his collaborative approach to building organizational consensus and solving business issues. He serves as a board member on the Data Center Intstitute, regularly speaks at trade shows and corporate events as well as leading collaboration workshops across the country. Davies, born in Melbourne, Australia, earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Tulane University’s Business School.
